These Terms of Service govern your use of the Melissa's Maids website (https://gomelissasmaids.com), our services, and our SMS/text messaging programs. By using our website, services, or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Melissa's Maids provides residential, move-in/out, rental, apartment, new construction, and commercial office cleaning services in the Colorado Springs & surrounding areas, CO area. The scope of each service, scheduling, and pricing will be agreed upon between you and Melissa's Maids before service is performed.

2. Estimates and quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted at the time of service if the scope differs materially from what was described (for example, significantly larger square footage or condition).

3. Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Exceptions may be made for illness or extenuating circumstances. A fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. To cancel, call or text (303) 854-3548 with your name.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Invoices not paid by the due date may incur reasonable late fees.

5. SMS / text messaging program

By providing your phone number to Melissa's Maids, you consent to receive text messages from us related to appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, quotes, customer service, and (where you have specifically consented) marketing.

• Message frequency: Frequency varies depending on your service usage and message type.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• STOP to cancel: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of marketing texts. You will receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out.
• HELP for support: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at (720) 840-2120 or melissasmaids13@yahoo.com for help.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Property access and conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property to be cleaned and to disclose any hazards or special conditions (pets, alarm systems, fragile items) in advance. Melissa's Maids is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or pre-existing conditions.

7. Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with a clean, let us know within 24 hours and we'll work to make it right. Our goal is to leave every home the way we'd want our own.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melissa's Maids's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent update.
